We may collect your personal details, contact details, educational and employment details (including vehicle/driving details), financial details and details of goods and services supplied and serviced. As an employer we may also hold health details and criminal conviction details.

What purposes do we process data for?
The legal basis for the processing of data is performance of contract, legal compliance and legitimate interest. We process personal information to enable us to provide the HVAC services required, to maintain our own accounts and records and to support and manage our suppliers, customers employees and subcontractors.

Who do we share your information with?
We share your information with business associates, professional advisors, suppliers, subcontractors, central government and in the case of employees current, past or prospective employers.

How do you keep my information secure?
We keep hard copies of personal details locked away so that access is restricted. Digitally held data is protected by passwords. Our digital data is backed up and stored securely in the cloud.

How long do we keep your information?
We’ll only keep your information for as long as we need to, to do what we’ve said we’d do with it, or for as long as regulations or the law says we have to, if that’s longer.

How can you see it?
You have the right to see the information we hold about you and ask us to fix any mistakes. You also have the right to ask us to delete your information, or stop using it altogether. This may affect our ability to offer you products or services. If you’re not happy about how we‘re using your information, you can also give us feedback or complain to us and the data protection regulator.
